Paying rent in cash at convenient locations around the Portland-Salem metro area

This is a great alternative for those who:
- Deposited directly into the Wells Fargo Account (now closed)
- those who purchase money orders
- Those that Drop off a check
- Tenants who want to pay rent in cash
- In a pinch to get same day credit and avoid late charges
Not to worry, our convenient ACH option is still available, nothing changes with that. Payments made with your checking, savings, debit or credit card receive credit the same day. This new way to pay rent in cash is an added convenience.
To retrieve your paycode for the new paying rent in cash option, navigate to your tenant portal. You can access your tenant portal by navigating to https://blueroofpropertymanagement.com/tenants/pay-rent/ on your PC, Tablet or Smartphone. Select the link Tenant Portal Login.
Once logged into your secure portal, select the access button “Get Paycode”, you will be directed to a page to select your store of choice and retrieve your code.
